All too often this past year, I found myself wandering through my neighborhood & Gas Works Park, gazing up at the sky, wondering when the next best opportunity would come my way. While 2021 presented many incredible moments I also struggled a lot, especially with feelings of self doubt & self confidence. All too often I would look in the mirror and immediately wonder who the person staring back at me was, & why he thought he could ever achieve his biggest dreams & life goals. More often than not I find it difficult to truly express how I’m feeling, even to my closest friends. This is one of the reasons music is so incredibly important to me, because it allows me to express myself in such a creative manner & provides incredible aide in altering the negative mindsets I’ve often found myself in. I’ve changed many things about myself since 2021, with one of the bigger things being releasing music I’ve been holding on to for far too long. If you’ve felt the way I felt, know that you’re not alone. Every day is an accomplishment, & should be cherished. Don’t stop because life gets tough, get tough because life doesn’t stop. If you do have those thoughts which keep you down, remember it’s ok to pause & reset your mind. Take a walk. Breathe. Go to your place where you collect your thoughts and admire the view. Remember how small you are, but how big you can become. Watch as you let go your thoughts and energy & watch them float away as they dissipate into an Endless Dawn
